Hey fellow CarBallers and welcome to the tournament system.

20 teams will participate in the tournament. 

There will be 5 stages in this tournament: Group Stage (1), Round of 16 (2), Quarter Finals (3), Semi-Finals (4), Finals (5)



Group Stage ✔

There will be 5 groups of 4 teams. Out of those 4 teams, 3 will advance to the next stage. In other words, there will be only 1 team that loses in each group.

An example...

Group 1 ( A B C D )

 A 9pts (10 total goals)
B 3pts (7 total goals)
C 3pts (4 total goals)
D 3pts (3 total goals)


Obviously, A is the winner and advances to the next stage. For the 3 others teams, it is quite difficult to determine who goes through, but in such case we will look at how many goals each team scored.

In this particular case, team B and C will follow the footsteps of team A. Team D is the loser of this group and can't go to the next round.

Usually, it won't be as difficult to determine the 3 winners but it can happen, so it's important for everyone to know the system.

For the clear minded, this means 15 teams will advance automatically to the 2nd round. That means that out of all the loser teams 1 team will be drafted back into the competition. We'll take a look at the goals and points here.

So.. winning is not enough guys! Scoring goals is important too!!


The rest of the tournament is pretty self explanatory:

16 teams - Round of 16
8 teams - Quarter-Finals
4 teams - Semi-Finals
2 teams - FINAL




Matches Info📣

Group phase - 9 minutes long (+ winning goal ofcourse if it's a tie)

Round of 16 - First to 2 matches

Quarter finals - First to 2 matches

Semi finals - First to 2 matches

Match for 3rd place - First to 2 matches

FINAL - First to 3 matches
